Data Centre Cleaning
Our rate of returning customers is something we’re extremely proud of here at Capital. We work hard to ensure the service we provide doesn’t just meet expectations but exceeds it completely, ensuring our company won’t be forgotten. That was certainly the case when a Data Centre Building Company we’d previously worked with, made contact for us to undertake further work with them.
We were only happy to oblige when they asked us to carry out a technical clean of their client’s Data Centre, following a refurbishment. As is the case with all of our work, there was a deadline that we needed to adhere to however they were very flexible with dates within that deadline. While we like to ensure as much flexibility as possible, it did prove difficult as our teams are made up of full time staff, all of whom we must guarantee work. Despite this, we managed to ensure all works were carried out, on time and around their schedule.
Smooth Start For An Efficient Finish
Thanks to all of our staff being security checked, CSCS accredited and fully compliant, we were able to get to work very quickly. This meant our teams could deliver a technical clean quickly and efficiently on a working building site, fully compliant with all regulations.
To ensure complete transparency at all times, we uploaded all information to our in-cloud system which allowed the client to witness works and reports being carried out as it was physically happening. From imagery to written reports, detailing exactly what was taking place, we kept all information available as and when it was happening.
This system we use at Capital also allows our clients to communicate directly with our National Service Teams during their work, which means should something need to change, they can ask for this to happen as and when needed.
Our client and subsequently their client were extremely happy with the work we carried out and because of this, we’re now hoping we can begin to expand this current working relationship to include all additional sites for the end client as well as additional sites for the data centre building company. On top of this, we’re now looking at carrying out periodic maintenance visits on these sites during an agreed period of time, for example every 6 to 12 months.
