A busy call centre who requires a PC Cleaning service to ensure their office equipment including monitors, keyboards, mice and telephones are sanitised.
The Problem
“A large hot desking call centre in Manchester needs its equipment sanitised. (The average desktop harbours 20,961 germs per square inch and that’s in addition to 3,295 on the keyboard and 1,676 on a mouse and a staggering 25,127 on the telephone.)”
Challenges
This Manchester call centre is on 2 floors with 100s of calls going in and out of their offices. So to complete the computer cleaning service whilst ensuring the users were not disturbed was our concern.
Solution
“To ensure there was a little disruption the working environment, a team were sent into the offices they discussed the best approach for us and by spreading the staff around the devices the operatives completed their work diligently and quietly. This took our operatives 3 days to clean nearly 300 positions.”
