The Problem
“With a geographical spread that included many of the main cities within the UK (for example Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Leeds), including some more remote ones such as Carlisle, Bury St Edmunds and Middlesbrough. On top of the split frequency to allow our dedicated Training Rooms in Manchester, Birmingham and London to cleaned more frequent. Finding a company that could deliver a quality computer cleaning service initially was problematic but Capital took these fears away due to having full time staff in many of the areas we needed.”
Challenges
As the training rooms get booked up months in advance, their additional visits had to be scheduled in to allow the client to manage their own diary for internal training. The schedule had to be constructed and delivered at the start of each year and then adhered to.
Solution
“Capital deliver a schedule each year which is approved by the Facilities team at the head office in London, this is then disseminated around the regional office for their information. Prior to each visit we receive a confirmation email which states the attendees names and estimated time of arrival, this is a system that has been constantly improved over the time which we have been using Capital.”
